My name is Kopelani aka Chef John.  I'm a local to Samoa and have worked in cafe's in Samoa as Head Chef for a few years now however had a passion for my local cultures food as well as my beautiful island which led me to venturing off on my own to combine these two things.

I also care about my people, our health and try my best to advocate healthy living and lifestyle through food and exercise as much as possible.

This is my wife Irlene Mokaraka who comes from NZ/Australia and has a strong background in Customer Service, Sales and logistics and looks after all our background admin/marketing while also working full time and looking after our family.
